Warranty;

At Ambermist, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction - from the start of the enquiry to years down the line we want to know that we supported each and every one of our customers. To this end, we will honour 3 years FREE warranty with all items purchased directly from us. 

What this means is in a unlikely event that a part fails, or is damaged (such as a glass break) our trained service engineers will replace and install all electrical/non-electrical parts in order to replenish your display back up to quality standards, Ensuring you can enjoy your purchase all year round.

As a standard we will honour 3 year free guarantee, although if you wish to unlock the extra two years - for free - the registration form must be completed below within the first month. If completed within the time frame, two years warranty will be added when year three ends. 5 years in total.

Electric Fireplace Warranty

Limited Warranty Coverage:

The manufacturer (Ambermist) warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of its electric fireplace ("Product") that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of [number] years from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

Warranty Details:

  1. Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Product, including the heating element, electronic controls, and other components, when used under normal residential conditions.

  2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper maintenance.

  3. Repair or Replacement: During the Warranty Period, if a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product or components without charge. Repairs or replacements may be performed with new or refurbished parts, subject to availability.

  4. Obtaining Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, Purchaser must contact Ambermist either telephone or email, and provide your details, once we confirm your details a claim will be processed.  

  5. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser who purchased the Product from an authorized retailer.

  6. No Other Warranties: This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Manufacturer for the Product, and no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, apply.
