  • The electric fireplace must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via telephone or email  to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Upon receiving the RMA number, securely package the electric fireplace along with all its components and accessories, ensuring it is adequately protected during transit.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.

4. Inspection and Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned electric fireplace, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the electric fireplace, excluding any shipping fees, unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.

5. Exclusions:

  • Returns of electric fireplaces that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused at our discretion.

  • Customized or special-order electric fireplaces are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
